since 5 months we all are captive in our own house . For that reason we all have suffer from many things , many memories . this pandemic has give us a time to take a break and live for us . this is a time healing to ourseif . So to make the best utilization of tme theere are a few helps which we can do to self care ourself . 1. have meditation and fun time with your family. since we all had a busy time always we cant give a proper time to our family and our-self . so in this time have the closes time with your family. if you live away from them then call them in video . just let them know how much you love them. believe its the best feeling. And do some meditation . its doesn't means to do yoga or that stuffs. you can go to any natural spot beside your house. it can be any place where you feel calm and take your own time to relax...... 2. skin care. when it comes to taking care of ourselves it first came to skin care. since in quarantine we are doing all work from home .so ...
