since 5 months we all are captive in our own house . For that reason we all have suffer from many things , many memories . this pandemic has give us a time to take a break and live for us . this is a time healing to ourseif . So to make the best utilization of tme theere are a few helps which we can do to self care ourself .
1. have meditation and fun time with your family.
since we all had a busy time always we cant give a proper time to our family and our-self . so in this time have the closes time with your family. if you live away from them then call them in video . just let them know how much you love them. believe its the best feeling. And do some meditation . its doesn't means to do yoga or that stuffs. you can go to any natural spot beside your house. it can be any place where you feel calm and take your own time to relax......
2. skin care.
when it comes to taking care of ourselves it first came to skin care. since in quarantine we are doing all work from home .so we must have a lil more time for our-self. then we should utilize the time.there a bunch of diy face mask ,scrub and so much more things .
1. TO CALM YOUR SKIN
- 1 TEASPOON OF HONEY
- I TEASPOON COCONUT OIL
- 1/4 AVOCADO (RIPE)
- A FEW DROPS OF LAVENDER OIL

1. add one quater half of a avacado mash it well
2. stir it with one table spoon of cocoa power and honey then mix it all.
3.then keep it for 10 minutes and then wash it of with luke warm water .
4. then you will get a amazing hair with softness.
3. oats for amazing soft skin
when it comes to soften your skin and feel freash then it always oats . some of you might think why oats it sreally a amazing was to give your skin a whole nourishment . it seems like amazing instagram worthy breakfast but beleive me it really do work on hair too. just need the process to go on.
how to make the mask
1.1/2 avacado
2. 1 tablespoon of honey
3. handful of oats
4. mix them all up and leave for 10 minutes wash it off and you will get a amazing skin
As we take care of our skin we need to take care of hair too. who doesn't wanna have amazing soft shinning hair . when the quarantine get over we can get praises ;)
just kidding . we all should take care of hair because of all quarantine stress we all are having bad hair days .

4. have a chat with your friend who dont live with their parents
many of us or our friends might study from a foreign country as they live alone when they had a hactic scduele that help them to spend the whole day but when its quarantine they live alone . they actually suffer from loneliness. at that when they saw any call or notification of a freind asking him how he is doing it actually has a another level feeling . it quite seems dramatic but beleive me words can heal . i means heal alot .
5. do some courses
as when we stay busy with our official works kinda like school classes and office jampack work . we dont really get the time to work on things that we love . when we got a time off from all these you can join many free courses
