QUESTION TO ASK YOURSELF FOR BEING A PROFESSIONAL

We all wanna be self develop and mix with those people who has done a huge improvement in their career but we don't know how to deal with that . you might have read many blogs watch a tons of video that how to improve your personality . here i have come with a few lessons that i have got from my research about this.

1. Try to think out of the box:

let me give you a example like when you are  taking a decision ask yourself a few question . if your mom or any other stays in your place what they gonna do . what usually a people do . what if you don't do that try different way like all of the sales guys made their sales calls between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Obvious, right? But that’s part one. Part two:  realized that all of the gatekeepers who kept you from the decision makers—CEOs and CTOs—also worked from 9 to 5. What if you did the opposite of all the other sales guys, just for 48 hours? you decided to take a Thursday and Friday and make sales calls only from 7 to 8:30 a.m. and 6 to 7:30 p.m. For the rest of the day,  focused on cold emails. It worked like MAGIC. The big boss often picked up the phone directly, and you began doing more experiments with “What if you did the opposite?”: What if you only asked questions instead of pitching? What if you studied technical material so you sounded like an engineer instead of a sales guy? What if you ended my emails with “I totally understand if you’re too busy to reply, and thank you for reading this far,” instead of the usual “I look forward to your reply and speaking soon

i mean when you just write and think out of the box that will definitely make a change to the person who is reading or talking with you . he will get a good impression from you

Plan about yourself 

imagine if you had 10 million dollars what you would do ? the question seems like very familiar but think once what you would do ?like obviously you would buy that thing that you want to buy or do that thing that you wanna do for a long time .

all these question answer will push you to go ahead . pushing yourselves harder working 10 -15 hours per day , having no free time may also can't give you 10 million dollars . the thing that you need to do that is give yourself short or just lil reminder like if wanna travel many countries then roam in your long term weekends to your near places. spend a lil money on them. just to say that before grabbing the whole or a huge thing enjoy the small one that will be make more happy and improve your mentality and also make your taking more meaning that will help you to engage with people..

Work more technically

 some times or always it happens with us that how much we put our efforts but the outcomes are not that much . it seems really bad and also unmotivated but if you got a way to work only for 2 to 3 hours and earn more or less efforts and more work done

the answer is ask your self a few question .it kinda based on the 80/20 theory . like what is your work profession actually want kinda your time, skills or anything else . 2nd what you have to focus on to get your goal . if you are selling a product then think what your customers really want  what specific product they are focusing on which 20% product is focused by 80% of the customer . ..

if you get the answers then you know what you need to do . also what are the most important thing you need . all these gonna help you to work more professionally and make your hard work less and profit more .

Prepare for the everything

the things which bother us to take decision that is the results . what will happen if i am not able to do that, how could i live my life , what i will answer to my family,

all these question increases our anxiety and also the tension level . and effects our mental growth and we lose our many opportunities. for getting away from all these anxieties and mental pressure just think what could be the worst . if it will be only you will back to the start of that work . that you have continued working really hard. yeah it seems really bad but just imagine it can be the same opposite too. you can hit a milestone  in your work . you can get a huge success . 

even if you failed like you failed in the exam or got a huge lose in a business . you  are really thinking that you can't gonna get over that but just think its just a time of your life which is bad . we all know "time and tide waits for none". and this is the biggest truth .once you will pass that bad nauseating day a new morning will come and you can start a new start.

Will something be different?
It won't be something like that
But this day will be over
When the minute and second hands overlap
The world holds its breath for a little while
zero o'clock

in the conclusion we can say that all the things bad happens in our life is only incidents of our life not our life if we stop then it will be the real failure . so don't think about the result before and go on because a new day will come again with hopes and aspiration. get back and work hard that will improve your thinking way and you can really take good decisions with calm mind 

Ask extreme questions to know yourself better

Who are you currently acting as a bottleneck for? Who comes to you for lots of decisions that suck up your time?

What is the worst case scenario if you gave them more autonomy? How could you limit the damage that happens?

a quick answer of all these question is to get a work .like  when you have responsibility . your brain work more quick rather than having it as a work .  It seems to be like working on a science project with your team their every work is a responsibility for you and your brain seems work more good there but when it comes to study it really doesn't because its your work.

at last when you take responsibility to do any work your or make anyone work give him or yourself that responsibility and trust him or yourself  that will also help you to know your strengths and weakness too.

Take everything stagnantly

sometimes we take our more important decision so fast that after we need to regret or we work at first so fast that we need to take a pause and all theses sometimes break our concentration.instead of this why not doing every thing in a right pace and getting all the work done without a pause .

The point being: You don’t need to go through life huffing and puffing. You’ll get nearly all the way there by putting one foot in front of the other, continuously. Thus “no hurry, no pause.”

 When you’re constantly stressed, you risk burnout and lower productivity. Having to take breaks then lowers your overall output. A train can travel faster than a car, but the train has to take stops at multiple stations while the car can keep coasting at a lower speed.

I sometimes think about this often when driving. Going 80 mph on the highway, vs 60 mph, causes much more stress. You have to weave between lanes and you increase your risk of accidents. And on a 20 mile trip, going 80 mph saves you a measly 5 minutes.

Make your day much more than 24 hours

we all have thousands  or billions of work  to do but at the end of the day we can't complete every work because lack of planning and time management . separate time of a day for your based on their importance . i will highly recommend journaling  the whole month before . sometimes when we have a lots of work in a month we can't decide where to start but when we journal our whole month we can see a whole plan way to go on and not waste a single day . even when you plan your whole day and month before starting it believe it you can get more free time and can make your day much more than 24 hours . we always think that time passes away really fast but the truth is we are really lazy to utilize it properly
